01 — Scope of Work

Full ownership of the final video transfers to Heath Media on receipt of final payment. Kreative Kerslake may reference this project in portfolio context unless requested otherwise in writing.
04 — Cancellation
If cancelled by the client after work has begun, the £200 deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled by Kreative Kerslake, the full deposit is returned within 5 business days.
05 — Looking Ahead
This covers a single project. Once we’ve wrapped, both parties are welcome to explore an ongoing retainer if the collaboration feels right. No obligation — just an open door.
