Services Overview

Kreative Kerslake provides professional video editing services for content creators and brands, specializing in short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) with additional long-form editing services available. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Package Terms

Monthly Packages

  • All packages require a 3-month minimum commitment
  • Videos are priced at £90 per video
  • Monthly packages include the specified number of videos per month
  • Unused videos do not roll over to the following month

Delivery & Revisions

  • Standard delivery: 48 hours from receiving footage
  • 2 rounds of revisions included per video
  • Additional revisions available at £25 per round
  • Delivery times begin once all required footage and project details are received

Payment Terms

  • Monthly packages are billed at the start of each month
  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
  • Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension
  • We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards

Cancellation & Refunds

  • 30-day notice required for cancellation
  • No refunds for unused videos in current billing period
  • Early termination within 3-month minimum may incur cancellation fee
  • Custom/Partner packages have separate cancellation terms

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide raw footage and assets in a timely manner
  • Give clear creative direction and project requirements
  • Respond to revision requests within 3 business days
  • Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed

Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your original footage and final edited videos
  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Any custom graphics or effects created become part of your deliverables
  • You're responsible for ensuring all music, images, and content used are properly licensed

Confidentiality

We treat all client projects as confidential. We will not share, distribute, or discuss your content with third parties without explicit permission, except:

  • When showcasing work in our portfolio (with prior agreement)
  • When required by law

Limitation of Liability

Kreative Kerslake is not liable for:

  • Copyright infringement arising from client-provided materials
  • Platform policy violations or content removal
  • Lost revenue or business opportunities
  • Technical issues beyond our control (platform outages, file corruption)

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Active clients will be notified of significant changes 30 days in advance. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
